(angus reid) - Rudy Giuliani is still the frontrunner in the race for the Republican Party’s presidential nomination in the United States, according to a poll by Opinion Dynamics released by Fox News. 35 per cent of respondents would support the former New York City mayor in a 2008 primary.
Arizona senator John McCain is second with 16 per cent, followed by former Massachusetts governor Mitt Romney with 10 per cent, former House of Representatives speaker Newt Gingrich with nine per cent, and actor and former Tennessee senator Fred Thompson with eight per cent. Read More
