Americans Still Peeved Over Iraq War |

(angus reid) - Many adults in the United States question their country’s involvement in the coalition effort, according to a poll by the Quinnipiac University Polling Institute. 57 per cent of respondents think going to war with Iraq was the wrong thing for the United States to do, up two points since May.
The coalition effort against Saddam Hussein’s regime was launched in March 2003. At least 3,503 American soldiers have died during the military operation, and more than 25,800 troops have been wounded in action. Read More
