Hillary Trails Giuliani, Leads Thompson

(angus reid) - Rudy Giuliani holds a larger advantage against a prospective Democratic presidential nominee in the United States, according to a poll by Rasmussen Reports. 47 per cent of respondents would vote for the former New York City mayor, while 41 per cent of respondents would vote for New York senator Hillary Rodham Clinton.

Support for Giuliani in this match-up increased by one point since late July, while backing for Rodham Clinton fell by five points. In a separate contest, Rodham Clinton holds a three-point advantage over actor and former Tennessee senator Fred Thompson. Read More
