McCain Leads Hillary in National U.S. Race |

(angus reid) - Republican John McCain holds the upper hand in a prospective United States presidential contest against Democrat Hillary Rodham Clinton, according to a review of four recent voting intention polls. 47.5 per cent of voters would support the Arizona senator, while 45.3 per cent would back the New York senator.
McCain is ahead in surveys conducted by Greenberg Quinlan Rosner Research for National Public Radio, TNS for the Washington Post and ABC News, and RT Strategies for the Cook Political Report. Rodham Clinton holds a three-point lead in the study by Opinion Research Corporation released by CNN.
