Massachusetts: Obama 51% McCain 38% |

(Rasmussen) - Since there have been 50-states in the nation, Ronald Reagan is the only Republican to win the state of Massachusetts. In 1972, Massachusetts was the only state to vote for George McGovern. The latest Rasmussen Reports telephone survey in the Bay State finds that John McCain is not likely to break that well-established trend.
Barack Obama leads McCain 51% to 38% in the May 29 survey of 500 Likely Voters. Those figures are virtually unchanged from a month ago. Massachusetts finds both potential democratic presidential candidates ahead of John McCain by double-digits. Hillary Clinton leads the Republican 55% to 36%, while Obama leads 51% to 39%.
