Missouri: Obama 43%, McCain 42% |

(Angus Reid) - Democrat Barack Obama and Republican John McCain are virtually even in Missouri, according to a poll by Rasmussen Reports. 43 per cent of respondents in the Show Me State would vote for the Illinois senator in this year’s United States presidential election, while 42 per cent would back the Arizona senator.
15 per cent of respondents are undecided, or will vote for other candidates.
In 2004, Republican George W. Bush carried Missouri’s 11 electoral votes, with 53 per cent of all cast ballots.
