Kansas Governor: Sebelius 58%, Barnett 38%

(angus reid) - Kathleen Sebelius is holding on to the lead in the Sunflower State’s gubernatorial election, according to the latest poll by SurveyUSA. 58 per cent of respondents in Kansas would support the Democrat incumbent, while 38 per cent would vote for Republican Jim Barnett.


A late August survey by Rasmussen Reports gave Sebelius an 11-point edge over Barnett. Libertarian Carl Kramer and Reform Party candidate Richard Ranzau are also contending. Read More
