(rasmussen) - Republican Attorney General Charlie Crist has opened up a wide lead over Democratic Congressman Jim Davis. The latest Rasmussen Reports election survey shows Crist ahead 54% to 38%. Crist led Davis 45% to 40% earlier this month.
Crist’s comfort zone extends beyond the polls to his bank account. The campaign’s most recent financial disclosure statement shows more than $2.5 million cash-on-hand. Davis’ coffers are a little lighter with approximately $560,000 in reserves. Read More
