Hillary deserves the benefits of the name since she was behind many of the successful policies of her husband's presidency, so we can conclude that the true poll is the one where she uses her married name. Also, McCain has turned himself into a Bush clone over the past few months, especially on Iraq and kissing up to the religious right, and his recent stupid "I would commit suicide if the Democrats take over the Congress" quote confirms that he is very capable of sabatoging his own candidacy in the future. Consequently, I'm not surprised Hillary Clinton is now besting him in these polls. McCain has lost his luster as a maverick. |
